|HALLOWEEN EXCHANGE POLICY:
Regardless of when an order was placed, there are no authorized exchanges BETWEEN October 12th AND November 1st - ALL SALES ARE FINAL - THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES - ANY RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED. ANY PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE OR UNAUTHORIZED WILL INCUR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
IF it is BEFORE October 12th or AFTER November 1st , the following exchange policy is in effect:
Please review the following EXCHANGE ONLY - NO RETURN policy before ordering. We will only exchange an item for size. If the item does not come in multiple sizes, the item cannot be exchanged. You will find the instructions for initiating an exchange request at the end of this page.
- All exchange requests must be made online within 3 days of item receipt.
- There are no returns or exchanges on special orders or orders containing 5 or more pieces of an item.
- If a shipment is refused or in any way returned as undeliverable or is unauthorized, you will be charged for all shipping and handling fees in addition to a 25% restocking fee when the package is returned to us.
- We will only reimburse shipping expenses for a product with a manufacturing defect. An item can only be exchanged for an alternate size or color, buyer pays all shipping costs. If you are unsure about product sizes, please contact us.
- All of our merchandise goes through rigorous quality control inspections. In the event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, you must login in to your account and request the RMA within 3 days of item receipt as is the case with all exchange requests.
- All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition. Customer Service will make the determination upon receipt of the merchandise and if the return is approved and a credit will be applied to your credit card, less any applicable restocking fees and shipping and handling. Do not ship the item to be exchanged without an RMA and authorization email. Your return will be refused in this case.
- All Authorized Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping fee if FREE SHIPPING was selected on the original order.
- Any order or partial order that was originally shipped using FREE SHIPPING and is subsequently returned or exchanged will be charged the original shipping fee in addition to any restocking fees.
The following items are never authorized for return or exchange:
- Lingerie and Intimate Apparel (includes Swimwear and Petticoats)
- Wigs, Beards, Moustaches, or any other artificial hair
- Contact Lenses
- Sealed Packages that have been opened
- Body Jewelry
- Eye Lashes
- Hats, Sunglasses
- Pet Costumes
- Sale or Closeout Items
Instructions for initiating an exchange request:
- Click on Track/Request and Exchange and enter your original order number and the billing zip code from your order:
- Find the item you need to exchange and click the [Need to return this product?] link directly below the item details
- Fill in the form completely and be sure to indicate the size needed
- Click Submit
- Please allow up to two weeks for exchange processing. If you need the item sooner, please place a new order for the item.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO US BEFORE YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST IS APPROVED AND WE HAVE INSTRUCTED YOU HOW AND WHERE TO SEND THEM! ANY UNAUTHORIZED PACKAGES WE RECEIVE WILL BE REFUSED.
Once a determination has been made you will be notified that either your exchange request has been approved or that it has been denied due to one or more of the conditions listed above in our Exchange Policy. If it has been approved you will receive instructions for returning the item(s) to us. In general you should expect to create a new order for the item you are exchanging if you cannot wait 2-3 weeks for the exchange item and we will credit your account once the approved exchange item has been received at our warehouse and inspected.
